I am very satisfied with my treatment with Dr. Muselmani and can recommend the practice with a clear conscience. I went there for a second opinion and after the consultation I quickly decided on Invisalign therapy. It was successful and without any problems. My complaints were completely treated and I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. The waiting times were always very short, questions were always answered and the entire team was friendly. Dr. Muselmani tries very hard to achieve a good result and to maintain it afterwards. And he is extremely friendly and personable. Thank you for the excellent treatment!

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my visit to the practice, particularly due to the experience at reception. Friendliness and respectful treatment are very important for patients, but unfortunately I was not treated accordingly. The reception seemed impatient and unhelpful, which negatively affected the overall impression of the practice. It would be desirable if the lady at the registration desk placed more emphasis on a friendly and courteous approach to patients, as this contributes significantly to the atmosphere and well-being. The treatment by the orthodontist himself was professional, but the first impression should not be spoiled by a lack of service at reception.

I was a patient of Dr. for many years. Dirk Hammer and later with Dr. Muselmani. During my time as a patient, I had a retainer inserted. However, part of the retainer recently came off. In the past, I was always treated without an appointment when my retainer caused problems. However, last night my retainer came off again and I couldn't reach anyone by phone. In desperation, I decided to visit the practice in person. Unfortunately, the previous lady at reception was no longer there. I explained to the new receptionist what had happened. To my disappointment, she responded with indifference and asked, "So what now?" When I then explained that I couldn't eat properly because of the broken retainer and that it stung unpleasantly, she gave me the cold shoulder with an unfriendly expression on her face and replied: "And now? I can't eat either, but I can't have treatment without an appointment. " I was shocked at this unfriendly response and commented on how rude she was and left the office. She shouted after me that she didn't mind being unfriendly. Such an unprofessional and disrespectful attitude from the receptionist is unacceptable. A practice should provide a friendly and caring environment, especially when it comes to treating patients. Based on my experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this practice. There are certainly other dentists who can offer better customer service and a more professional approach.

Prof. Muselmani comes from a country where it is impossible to get to the top unless you are very competent and experienced. I was treated by him for about 2.5 years as an adult over 30 years old. I paid for the treatment out of my own pocket and the doctor was therefore very lenient. He always took time for me and was always very friendly and informative. I met a doctor there who you can no longer see with this quality these days. The entire staff is also very friendly, but especially Ms. Lambrecht. I am very satisfied with the treatment and grateful for it!
