“Mrs. Doctor” is super rude, she argues when you try to explain what the problem with your teeth is, the rest of the staff are pretty friendly. The practice has been clean since then and the waiting times are okay.

I felt completely comfortable in this practice. The telephone availability is very good, the staff and the orthodontists are very nice and sensitive. Thank you for the very good treatment. I am very happy with the result.

I am enthusiastic about this practice. The rooms are very bright and friendly. There is even a table football room adjacent to the waiting room, where young patients can while away the waiting time. Admittedly, I never had to wait more than a few minutes for any appointment. Mr. Reitmann is incredibly friendly, in a good mood and genuinely strives to provide the best possible advice and treatment. There is even room for a quick chat every now and then. I was surprised that he remembered our conversation last time and continued it again at today's appointment. It's nice when patients are perceived as individuals. But also Ms. Dr. Reitmann and the entire practice team are consistently warm and committed and explain every step in detail. A practice with a consistently positive charisma. It's almost a shame that I no longer have a reason to stop by every now and then 😅 Very cool treat that you wouldn't expect from a dentist/orthodontist: On Halloween there was actually candy at the reception instead of the usual toothpaste samples - even for adults ;) Keep it up and all the best to you!

Very nice and professional doctor. Nice modern practice. Great helpers. Also ideal for treating children. Recommendation goes out! One or two dentists or orthodontists can learn a lesson here.

My entire consultation session was very comfortable. It’s conveniently located near the train station. The clinic itself is soothing and staff are open and friendly. Dr Philip provides clear explanation and a systematic treatment plan. The equipment is modern and futuristic resulting in a conclusive and detailed diagnosis. I was definitely in good hands!
