I've been in this practice since I was a child, but my experience on Monday prompted me to write a review. As a child I was always with Susi and felt very comfortable with her. Now that I'm an adult, I had my prophylaxis with another lady. At the beginning I mentioned in passing that I'm autistic and I don't know if it's just the norm, but before each step she explained to me what she was doing and what the noise was like. This helped me extremely to relax and get involved in the treatment. I only really noticed this at home and I got a bit emotional at that moment because I never had this kind of support from doctors. Thank you for the great treatment🫶🏻

A very modern practice with bright but not cold-looking rooms. Unlike many others, friendliness and willingness to help are part of the program for Finkeldey and the entire team in this practice. In 2021 we were looking for a child-friendly practice for the young. So, in order to get to know the practice, I made an appointment for myself to have my teeth cleaned. What can I say? Achieved 100% in all points. From making the appointment to leaving the premises there is nothing to complain about. Nowadays, of course, my offspring is there regularly as a patient for check-ups, as is my wife, who got a second professional opinion on a problem at the time. Mr. Finkeldey and his entire team are indispensable both professionally and interpersonally. Thanks for that. See you next time.

I came with the desire to renew a bridge that had been inserted by my previous dentist 3 months ago. Since the insertion, my gums have been permanently inflamed and the result was not visually pleasing either. I was also traumatized by the treatment because I had experienced rough treatment and reacted with anaphylaxis to the anesthetic when it was used, even though I had mentioned it several times about my allergy to it. I had very fond memories of the Finkeldey practice because I asked for a second opinion from here 4 years ago regarding my osteoporosis and prosthetics/implant problems - and went there on a recommendation. I was more than rewarded for this decision to put myself trustingly in the hands of Dr. Finkeldey and his team again. With his synoptic concept he made me a healthy, happy woman again - he spared no effort and effort to find an anesthetic that was tolerable and sufficiently anesthetized! The team of Angelina and Angie at his side, the dental technicians who work for him are simply ALL in the team, also great, kind and empathetic. I don't know any dentist with greater competence, empathy and friendliness than Dr. Finkeldey, and that even though I have been visiting dentists for almost 55 years! Unfortunately, words can only be sufficient to describe the good things I have experienced in the Finkeldey practice. I like to drive 60 kilometers because the saying here is simply true that the furthest journey is 100 percent worth it! It really doesn't get any better! I will be grateful to Dr. Finkeldey and his team for the rest of my life for their outstanding work with and on me, the health and quality of life that he gave me back, and I'm really looking forward to future, fear-free visits to the dentist in his practice!!!
