Our son now has a longer procedure on the subject of “braces” and we have a very good feeling about it. Mr. Dr. Heinrich is extremely nice and empathetic, especially when dealing with bitchy teenagers. Great team that is also very friendly. Emails are responded to very promptly, appointments are easy to make and telephone availability is very good. The practice itself is a gem. In short: we are absolutely satisfied and very happy that our son is being treated here!

I have been being treated by Dr. Heinrich since October 2020. The fixed braces were removed about a month ago. I was very satisfied with the entire treatment as it was carried out very carefully and professionally. Dr Heinrich is not only a great orthodontist but also a great person. He always explained everything in detail and understandably. I felt comfortable every time because the entire team was friendly and helpful.

Dr. Heinrich is competent, friendly and has a pleasantly calming, positive charisma. The team is very friendly and accommodated my sensitivity by being more careful. I had fixed braces 'installed' here when I was an adult and have been receiving treatment in this practice for a few years now and I am very satisfied and grateful!

I'm being treated by T. Heinrich. Very personable, he explains what he's doing and what's being done to you.
The team at the practice is also super nice.
The waiting room doesn't deserve its name, as I only ever spent a maximum of 2-3 minutes there.
Everything was very clean, as far as I was concerned, and the results were perfect!
If I ever had to go to an orthodontist again, I'd go to this practice.
