Our son now has a longer procedure on the subject of “braces” and we have a very good feeling about it. Mr. Dr. Heinrich is extremely nice and empathetic, especially when dealing with bitchy teenagers. Great team that is also very friendly. Emails are responded to very promptly, appointments are easy to make and telephone availability is very good. The practice itself is a gem. In short: we are absolutely satisfied and very happy that our son is being treated here!

I was in the practice with my son, friendly team. The conversation with the doctor was also very open and nice. However, we received a call afterwards saying they couldn't admit my son because the paperwork would be very time-consuming. I don't understand, for fixed braces it should be common practice to clarify something with the cash register. I also offered to pay for everything privately, so we have no problems with that. I think it's a shame that we were treated like that or pushed away. Sometimes you think of other reasons too???

Dr. Heinrich is competent, friendly and has a pleasantly calming, positive charisma. The team is very friendly and accommodated my sensitivity by being more careful. I had fixed braces 'installed' here when I was an adult and have been receiving treatment in this practice for a few years now and I am very satisfied and grateful!
