Five stars — plus, plus, plus, plus, plus! We were visiting Cologne overnight as tourists when my son suddenly experienced severe pain from his braces. As a distraught parent, I was incredibly worried, especially being far from home. Despite it being the end of a busy day, Cologne Smiles took us in without hesitation. The orthodontist dr Schumacher was truly exceptional — incredibly professional, kind, and patient. He treated my son with such care and expertise, easing his pain and reassuring both of us. What really stood out was that he gave us his full attention and time, yet did not charge us for the visit, which left me speechless. That level of compassion and generosity is rare. The clinic itself is immaculate and state-of-the-art, and the staff were just as wonderful — warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. If we lived in cologne, this would absolutely be our family orthodontist. I cannot recommend Cologne Smiles enough. In 2022 I came in for a consult for Invisalign after having had braces as a young adult and my teeth had shifted. I explained my situation and needs, and Immediately I noticed the orthodontist was so intuitive to my needs without even having seen my teeth under a covid mask. The treatment plan was so precise to every detail and millimeter. Throughout my treatment they were more than accommodating with my financing, and now I am almost paid off. Now that I am done I look in the mirror and my after pictures and notice how my face has morphed into a more harmonious one. I have never felt so comfortable smiling and showing my teeth than I do now. This has subsequently allowed me to feel a better sense of confidence and happiness like never before. I feel so lucky to have come across orthodontists who treat their practice as much of a science as they do an art form. Thank you, to everyone at this office for their impeccable administration and professionalism. Thank you for making me confident in my smile, it was worth every penny and every mile traveled to my appointments here. I 100% recommend.

I normally don't write reviews, but I had to do an exception for Dr.Schumacher and the wonderful team at Cologne smiles. I am currently in the middle of my treatment, and the experience has been fantastic. I am already seeing amazing progress in my teeth, and I can't wait to see the final results. Dr. Schumacher is an absolute gem. He combines professionalism with a genuinely caring attitude, making every patient feel at ease. If you're looking for an orthodontist who cares about their patients and delivers exceptional results, I highly recommend Cologne smiles.

Best experience with an orthodontist ever. He is truly a genius and has a gift for orthodontics that it is almost becomes an art. They offer flexible payment which is great. I had braces before but I wish I had found him sooner! Love my progress so far with Invisalign :) I am already getting compliments on my smile and this was not always the case...

This has to be one of the best clinics I have ever been to, they truly care about your teeth and they were always honest about what would be good or bad for you and never once did I feel like they wanted to get it over with eventhough I always had many questions I did my invisalign there and all the nurses were amazing, and everyone was always kind and friendly. When I was having my wedding they removed all attachments and put it on again someday after with no issues, I just finished my invisalign journey today and my teeth look way better than I ever expected.
