Today I went for a consultation with Dr. Hoeschel. A friendly and organized reception team awaits patients at the entrance. The waiting area is clean and modern. Given the short waiting time, not only the practice team greets the waiting patients in a good mood as they cross the waiting area, but also Dr. yourself. Sufficient time was taken for the consultation and every question was answered in detail. In other practices you often have the bad feeling that you are delaying the doctor if you ask again, but this was never the case here. Throughout the entire conversation, every question was answered in a friendly, understandable and detailed manner.
