A big “thank you” to Dr. Eickhoff and her team who helped me relieve my pain in an emergency service shortly before the turn of the year. Such a kind approach and a calming manner. I have rarely experienced something like that. Keep it up!! If I were from the area, I would switch easily. Unfortunately I was only there for a visit. We need more emphatic people like this. I have been a patient of this dental practice since I was a child. You feel incredibly comfortable, there are no long waiting times and all the employees are very friendly. If you have acute pain, you can get an appointment quickly. All treatments are carried out professionally and attention is paid to the patient.

Due to my move to the OWL district, I had not yet found a new dentist when I went to the practice due to severe tooth pain. I was just happy that I was helped so quickly and easily. I was able to come over at very short notice and the communication on the phone and in the practice was great! Very understanding, personable and friendly. Who enjoys going to the dentist but Doctor Klufmölker and his team make the difference. Everything was explained to me during the upcoming root canal treatment and the treatment was very careful and therefore absolutely ok!!! The online-based appointment booking system makes finding appointments great and uncomplicated. I didn't have to wait long either!

I received one or two crowns at the beginning of July. The assistants are great and understand if you don't feel comfortable at the dentist. The doctor is also great and highly recommended, it's worth driving 600 km. I didn't even notice the syringe.

Short waiting times, nice team, good doctors. Individual, intensive and, if necessary, time-consuming advice and treatment. No piecework. In short, completely satisfied. Even my “fear” of dentists is gone now.
