In 2023, I visited Dental Medizin Berlin hoping to address discomfort caused by my occlusion. The clinic’s excellent reviews gave me confidence that I would find expertise and relief for my persistent issues, stemming from 14 crowns installed by a previous dentist. I had a budget of €500 and was insured with ARAG, expecting that this would suffice to diagnose the problem. My three-hour initial appointment was thorough (which included a dental prophylaxis) and led to two additional appointments for exams. However, despite these efforts, no immediate treatment for the pain was provided. I was surprised when the total cost of these visits amounted to €1,093.35, of which I paid over €500 out of pocket. Unfortunately, I left feeling disheartened, as I didn’t receive a solution to my issue. While I appreciate the thoroughness of their process and investigation, I personally did not find value for the cost. For comparison, I sought a second opinion in Italy from a dentist with over 500 5-star reviews. For €100, I received a comprehensive exam, and for €200 more, a mouthpiece that has already brought noticeable relief. While this approach was less reliant on scans, it was more affordable and effective for me. This experience taught me that higher costs don’t always mean better outcomes. While Dental Medizin Berlin may excel in other areas, I believe they might not be the best fit for cases requiring in-depth intervention. If the clinic wishes to clarify or address any aspect of my experience, I would welcome their input.

Felix Zaritzki is the most professional and accurate dentist i have ever met. I am with him for over 5 years now and have done veneers, regular prophylaxis cleaning and wisdom teeth removal. His passion, ambition and dedication to execute perfection is unmatched. The dental office is on the highest level of medical and interior design standards. The customer journey from appointment, notifications to arrival and execution is overwhelming. 5 stars are not sufficient to rate the services offered here.

I had a dental emergency and was in Berlin for a conference. On a Friday at 1 pm, I called and Zaritzki Fine Dentistry got me in immediately. I had called more dental offices than I can count and got rejections at each one like “we cannot get you in until next week,” “you’re not a current patient,” etc. Zaritzki Fine Dentistry listened to the urgency of my situation and saved me and my trip to Berlin. If I could give more than five stars I would. Thank you so much!

Dr. Zaritzki and his excellent team made a fantastic job. I loved their precision in every tiny step, their passionated approach and also their visual records that are an impressive proof tool of their treatment process. These guys have nothing to hide. Trusted them from the first minute and didn't regret. If you want the best, this is your dentist.
