Perfect first impression! Since my former dentist retired and suddenly broke off the corner of one of my teeth, I recently looked for a new dentist. I noticed the good facilities and the positive reviews of this practice, but to be honest, I was a bit skeptical, as there aren't that many yet. Nevertheless, I wanted to see for myself and was pleasantly surprised from the very first phone call. As a new patient, I was given an appointment after just seven days (without mentioning the broken tooth). At the appointment itself, Dr. Franz gave me competent, rational, and friendly advice, and I was treated immediately afterwards. The treatment seemed professional and very considerate, and I am very satisfied with the result. All the other staff at the practice were also very friendly. This practice was one of the best for me! The location is near Stuttgart, the service is also in English, there are Ukrainian-speaking staff. The appointments are quick, the doctors are very attentive and careful. You can also take care of children, saving time for other practices! I went to the practice for the first time last week and I think it's great how quickly I got an appointment as a new patient. Unfortunately, we often know something different from other doctors. The good first impression was also confirmed during the treatment, Dr. Freidel took a lot of time with me and explained my questions in an easy-to-understand manner using my x-ray. 5 stars!
