After extensive research, I decided on Ms. Deac's practice. Immediately after the first treatment consultation, I felt like I was in good hands. The entire team is competent and professional. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Ms. Deac takes the time to answer any questions and explains every step of the treatment. She not only attaches great importance to high-quality work, but also to the well-being of her patients. The results of my treatment exceeded my expectations. But don't worry, there is hope for you!

A great practice, totally modern and bright, with the very latest technology (you no longer need an impression, my jaw was digitally scanned). A very competent, lovely doctor with a super nice team who took the time to talk to me and explained everything . The range of treatments there is huge and quality is very important in this practice. I would like to give more stars, but I can only give one star. Now I'll explain why. The staff is very nice, we had no problems. I only give one star for the professionalism with which the doctor treated me. In September 2022 I went to her practice because I thought that she spoke Romanian and I would understand each other better during the whole procedure. I got a permanent job in Romania 12 years ago, but of course it doesn't last forever. This work started to cause me problems, I had pain and infections. Before I started work, I asked her how much it would cost me to renew my job here in Germany. I didn't ask for a firm, approximate estimate. After discussions with the doctor, the price came out to be around €7,000, of course I rounded up to 10,000. But the surprise came after she noted the work plus 2 extractions. He took my measurements for a temporary prosthesis until it healed, then came back for the actual work as we had initially discussed. But the big surprise was when I got the bill at home that I had to pay €3,000 for the temporary dentures alone. Of course I asked for an explanation, and of course I was also asked by the normal plus private insurance company why so much money just for a temporary prosthesis. The doctor explained to me that they are expensive materials and that I needed them a few times because the shape didn't fit. Well, I understand, what do I do next, how much money do I still have to pay? Final answer €20000 for all the work. I got a huge shock, but what else could I do, I spoke to my husband and you can imagine it was a shock for him too, but I said, ok, we'll carry on, we'll pay in installments and that's it . I spoke to the doctor and said that's it, we'll move on. We talked again about the details and about the implants. I had an appointment on August 8th last year for the operation but while I was on holiday I got a call from the practice to tell me that on August 8th when I come in for the operation I would be getting half the price to bring with you, which they said is €10,000. You can imagine that I was a ticking time bomb, I was speaking in Romanian when I was told something completely different. Of course I refused everything, I told her to complete the whole operation, I didn't want to hear from her practice anymore and I didn't want to have anything to do with them anymore. I'm still paying installments for the temporary dentures, which are now broken, and in the meantime I got a letter home saying I have to pay €50 because I didn't show up for my teeth cleaning. I haven't taken any further action because I don't want to get involved with people like you without your word. I have requested all my documents by mail to receive them, but to date I have not received them, nor the extractions that you supposedly sterilized. So, dear patients, be careful and keep an open ear to understand what the doctor actually means.
